La veille, je dînais à La Promenade au Petit Pressigny, le "P'tit Pet" comme on l'appelle là-bas en Indre-et-Loire, parce que dans ce gastro inclassable, on s'en met toujours une belle, vu qu'on a le choix entre plusieurs milliers de bouteilles, dont des vieux millésimes que vous ne boirez nulle part ailleurs, style un anjou 99 de chez Mosse, sa première cuvée! Quoi de mieux, en remontant vers Tours, que de s'arrêter à Loches, dans une drôle de cave à manger animée par un certain Jean-Christophe Laplanche. La suite en son et en images...
