Cave à manger gastronomique

 

Depuis le temps qu'on l'avait dans le viseur, on n'est pas déçu par cette cave à manger de haute volée, orchestrée par un certain Jean-Pascal Revol, ex pilier de la Cave des Papilles (Paris 14e) et surtout ancien sommelier passé chez les grands, Taillevent, Troisgros et Guérard! Ce poulpe et ces encornets (non, ce n'était point des seiches!) m'ont littéralement retourné, dommage qu'en entrée (trop compliquée) les coques soient restées prisonnières d'une gelée japonisante. Quant au St Véran, domaine d'Ys, si vous ne connaissez pas, c'est le moment de faire une virée en Bourgogne...

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was curious what all is required to get set up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? Currently it seems like BlogEngine is the preferred blogging platform out there right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you're using on your blog?

I'm not sure exactly why but this website is loading incredibly slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I'll check back later and see if the problem still exists.
